Artwork & Origination
To proceed with an order for personalised items with a corporate logo or society design, we will need sight of a good copy to produce the printing plates, embroidery disc, etc. It can be sent on floppy disc in a number of formats, transmitted by email and at the same time a hard copy put in the post - fax is not ideal as detail can be lost in transmission. Please quote clearly any Pantone reference numbers to match. If the design is multi-colour, colour-separated artwork should be supplied.
Any artwork we need to prepare will be recharged at £20.00/hour.
We can accept the following image formats :-

Encapsulated Postscript
(eps)
PLEASE bear in mind that we can only accept files that are LESS THAN 1MB (1024 KB) if e-mailed. Please send large files on CD-ROM/CD-RW/Floppy.
Origination
All the gift packs and one-off gifts include origination and print/embroidery as indicated, but extra costs will apply on multi-colour print - please ask for a quotation.
Plates/screens: £20.00 per colour
Embroidery disc: £7.50 per 1000 stitches
(average price is approx. £50/£60 for a breast design)
Samples
We do not normally produce samples of printed or embroidered items prior to a full production run, as it can be very costly to set machines for one-off print items, however, we can fax, email or post proofs of artwork prior to manufacture of plates, discs.
Any subsequent embroidery or print samples then required will be charged for - please request a quote.
Plain garments supplied on Pro-forma basis upon request.
Copyright
It is your responsibility to ensure that you own copyright in, or have obtained copyright owner's consent to reproduce, any images, texts and artwork you submit to us. We reserve the right to refuse to process artwork or other intellectual works where copyright ownership is in question. You must ensure that you do not infringe local, national and international trademark and copyright laws - if in doubt seek the advice of your legal advisor.
